Often times after a tragedy, people come forward with information and observations that, in retrospect, may have signaled a larger issue. This information, when viewed collectively, may be helpful in preventing tragic events and initiating assistance to an individual. 91µ¼º½ University is committed to a proactive approach and needs your help.

As a member of the university community, if you observe any behavior that causes concern, please go to the and provide detailed information on the report form. This report goes to members of the Special Situations Team. This team is comprised of university faculty and staff charged with helping students, faculty and staff who are exhibiting concerning behavior.

Report Concerning Behavior

  • For non-emergency situations involving concerning or disruptive behavior, submit a report through the website. Reports can be made anonymously or with your contact information.
  • If there is an immediate threat to personal safety or others, call 911 right away.
